SSM2604CPZ-REEL7 Overview


A 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package is supplied for space savings. We have adopted the packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR). Because it is a type of Stereo Audio, it delivers high-efficiency performance in many applications. As far as mounting types are concerned, it uses Surface Mount. When the operating performance is set to -40°C~85°C, it is able to operate normally. It features 2 / 2 ADCs / DACs. An analog circuit is supplied with a voltage of 1.8V~3.6V. A supply voltage of 1.5V~3.6V is applied to the digital circuit. Signals are prevented from reflecting off the end of transmission lines by 20 terminations. Essentially, it is an electronic device with 20 pins. With 20 pins, it is configured. Its base part number SSM2604 can be used to find more parts like it. It is mounted to a PCB based on the Surface Mount technology. 3.6V is the maximum value of supply voltage. Maintaining a minimum voltage of 1.5V is recommended. This device operates on 3.3V volts as its supply voltage. To convert digital signals into analog signals, there are 2 D/A converters.
