STA321 Overview
The product comes in a case with the letter Tray. There is only one mounting type recommended for the product, which is Surface Mount. The 64-LQFP Exposed Pad case is embedded in it. There are 8 channels on the device. For your reference, here are some Fully Integrated Processor functions. This device can be applied in both Pre-Amplifier and X directions. As far as I know, it is supplied within 3V~3.6V days. Using -40°C~125°C TJ as a temperature range, this device operates. 64 terminations are present on the chip.
