Bulk is used to package H bridge.A cost-saving measure is taken to include H bridge in the 44-DIP Module, 37 Leads package.Bridge driver is possible to ensure improved reliabilbridge drivery by varying the supply voltage of 12.5V~17.5V.In the way of Through Hole, H bridge circuit is mounted.-20°C~150°C TJ is able to function normally at motor driver H bridges operating temperature.Among H bridge motor drivers many applications are AC Motors.Full bridge also possesses Bootstrap Circuit, Status Flag as a specific characteristic.Output reaches 100A at the maximum current.
