Tube is used to package H bridge.In an effort to save money, H bridge is included in the 22-SIP, 18 Leads, Formed Leads package.The supply voltage 12.5V~17.5V has the capabilbridge drivery of improving reliabilbridge drivery.H bridge circuit is mounted in the way of Through Hole.When -20°C~150°C TJ is operating at a certain temperature, motor driver H bridge can function normally.H bridge motor driver has many applications, including AC Motors.Mount the board using Through Hole.Among full bridges specific characteristics are Bootstrap Circuit, Status Flag.The maximum load current that power supply can provide at a specified ambient temperature reaches 25A.There is 20A current flowing through the output and power supply pins.There are 1 outputs on this Hbridge.In order to maintain a high level of efficiency, the operating supply voltage is maintained at 280V.
