STM32F103VET6 Description


The STM32F103VET6 medium-density MCU line family includes a high-performance ARM CortexTM-M3 32-bit RISC CPU running at 72 MHz, high-speed embedded storage (Flash memory up to 128 Kbytes and SRAM up to 20 Kbytes), and a wide range of upgraded I/Os and peripherals connected to two APB buses. All devices include two 12-bit ADCs, three general-purpose 16-bit timers plus one PWM timer, and conventional and sophisticated communication interfaces such as up to two I2Cs and SPIs, three USARTs, a USB, and a CAN.
