The STM32F103VGT6 is an XL-density performance line STM32 F1 series 32-bit Microcontroller that includes a high-performance ARM Cortex-M3 RISC core running at 72MHz, high-speed embedded memories (Flash memory up to 1024kB and SRAM up to 96KB), and a wide range of enhanced peripherals and I/Os connected to two APB buses.
