STM32L051C8T7 Description


The high-performance Arm Cortex-M0+ 32-bit RISC core, a memory protection unit (MPU), high-speed embedded memories (64 Kbytes of Flash program memory, 2 Kbytes of data EEPROM, and 8 Kbytes of RAM), as well as a wide variety of enhanced I/Os and peripherals, are all included in the access line ultra-low-power STM32L051C8T7 microcontroller.

High power efficiency is offered by the STM32L051C8T7 device for a variety of performances. A wide variety of internal and external clock sources, an internal voltage adaption, and numerous low-power modes are used to achieve it.

The STM32L051C8T7 device includes a number of analog features, including a 12-bit ADC with hardware oversampling, two ultra-low-power comparators, several timers, one low-power timer (LPTIM), three general-purpose 16-bit timers, one primary timer, one RTC, and one SysTick that can be used as a timebase, as well as several other timers. Additionally, they have two watchdogs: one with independent clock and window functionality and the other with a window watchdog based on a bus clock.

The STM32L051C8T7 device also includes conventional and cutting-edge communication interfaces, including up to two I2C, two SPIs, one I2S, two USARTs, and a low-power UART.

In addition, the STM32L051C8T7 has a real-time clock and a set of backup registers that are powered even when the device is in standby mode.

The STM32L051C8T7 ultra-low-power device can run on a 1.8 to 3.6 V power supply with BOR or a 1.65 to 3.6 V power supply without BOR option (down to 1.65 V at power down). They are offered in the temperature range of -40 to +125 °C. A wide range of power-saving modes makes the development of low-power applications.
