It is designed based on the high-performance Arm Cortex-M3 32-bit RISC core operating at a 32 MHz frequency. The design of low-power applications can be achieved based on a comprehensive set of power-saving modes. STM32L151CBT6 operates from a power supply range from 1.8 to 3.6 V with BOR and from 1.65 to 3.6 V without BOR option and operates with a -40 to +85 °C or -40 to +105 °C temperature range.
