To assist you, this PMIC includes TO-253-4, TO-253AA functions. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. The package peak reflow temperature is specified to be 260. Manage ics operate at 3.6V supply voltages. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. The mount is provided by Surface Mount.
