STM6601CA2BDM6F Overview


Packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR), power management is easy to use. To assist you, this PMIC includes 12-WFDFN functions. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Smart ON/OFF Controller products. During the reflow process, a peak temperature of NOT SPECIFIED is specified for the package. IC management conducts in a 1-voltage supply. By Surface Mount, IC management has been mounted. There are 12 pins on the power managment ic. IC management can only work with a supply voltage of 1.6V volts. The supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts in this IC power. The mounting type of the supervisors is Surface MountTemperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~85°C TA. While in operation, this supervisor has a voltage output of Open Drain or Open Collector. The supply current of the power management is 6μA. It is always advisable to use STM6601, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer. As you may know, this PMIC comes from the well-known Smart Reset? series product line.
