For your reference, this PMIC includes a list of 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) functions. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products as well. During the reflow process, a peak temperature of 225 is specified for the package. Manage ics operate at 3.3V supply voltages. A supply voltage of 5 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. By Surface Mount, IC management has been mounted. A IC power such as this can be classified as a Power Management Circuits power management system. This power management has 8 pins. A voltage (Vsup) that doesn't fall below 800mV as the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be applied to this IC power in order to ensure its proper operation. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is not to exceed 5.5V volts in this IC management. The recommended mounting type is Surface Mount. This power management is the recommended temperature range for the supervisors: -40°C~85°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. For this power management, there is an 12μA volt supply current.
