As far as the mounting terminals of this voltage supervisor are concerned, it has 3 in total. Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging is used. Please refer to power management for TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. When 3.3V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. IC management is possible to find a succession of 1 voltages that have been checked. The mount is attached to Surface Mount.
