STM8S903K3T6C is a type of access line 8-bit microcontroller belonging to the STM8S family developed by STMicroelectronics. It is characterized by advanced core and peripherals made in state-of-the-art technology, robust I/Os, independent watchdogs with separate clock sources, and a clock security system, which enable it to deliver reliable performance and high robustness. Based on an integrated true data EEPROM for up to 300 k write/erase cycles and a high system integration level with internal clock oscillators, watchdog, and brown-out reset, the system cost can be reduced efficiently.
