There are 5 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. This power ic is packaged in a way that looks like a Tape & Reel (TR). To assist you, this PMIC includes SC-74A, SOT-753 functions. Compared to other Watchdog Circuit products, this PMIC has a lot of benefits to offer. Manage ics operate at 5V supply voltages. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. The mount is provided by Surface Mount. This power management system has 5 pins. There should be a minimum voltage supply (Vsup) of 2.7V for this PMIC. There should be no more than 5.5V volts of maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~125°C TA. During operation, this power management system outputs Open Drain or Open Collector. There is a 13μA supply current present in the power management. You can always use STWD100, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. As the name implies, this supervisor is a kind of the famous Automotive, AEC-Q100 series product line.
