The packaging method Bulk provides high reliability. As far as the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type is concerned, this is a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC. The total number of terminations is 132. When the voltage supply is 5V, the cpu microprocessor should be powered on and run. An architecture based on 32 bits is used. The CPU operates at a frequency of 20MHz. There is a wide width of 32 on the external data bus of this CPU. 132 pins are injected into the part body. Many applications use this CPU with Through Hole mounted.
