TC1270ATVRCTR Overview
As you can see, this power management is mounted through 4 terminals. It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR). Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. This power management is made up of 1 channels which are available in a series format. As a reference, this IC power includes TO-253-4, TO-253AA functions for your convenience. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. During the reflow process, a peak temperature of 260 is specified for the package. When a supply voltage of 3.3V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. The mount is provided by Surface Mount. As a subcategory, this PMIC chip can be categorized as Power Management Circuits. In total, IC powers are 4 pins on the board. There are 4 pins on the power managment ic. It is recommended that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should not be less than 1V volts. Voltage (Vsup) shouldn't exceed 5.5V volts in this PMIC.
