For greater flexibility, the 8-VDFN Exposed Pad package is adopted.Tube is the form of the package.There are 2 drivers installed for this device.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.Using a 4.5V~18V supply voltage, gate drivers is capable of demonstrating Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.The gate type on this device is N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET.In this device, temperatures must not exceed -40°C~125°C TA.The input type is Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver consists of 8 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.Many related parts can be found under its base part number TC4424A.In order to operate, a voltage of 5V has to be applied.Mosfet driver utilizes the interface IC BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.A gate driver in the Automotive, AEC-Q100 series is included in this document.
