TC74HC126AP(F) Overview


Logical driver uses a neat 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package. Tube external packaging. Available in Through Hole. Voltage buffer adopts Buffer, Non-Inverting logic prototype. Buffer IC is fed with a voltage of 2V~6V. Qualified to operate within -40°C~85°C TA. The high and low logic state output current of logical driver is 7.8mA 7.8mA. Logical driver can deal with 3-State output (s). All of the 4 elements are put into use. Digital buffer is one of the TC74HC series devices. 14 terminations with different functions. Buffer IC is suitable for Through Hole applications. Logical driver has 14 pins. The bus transceiver employs 1 bits for each element. Specifically, digital transciever is a kind of Bus Driver/Transceivers. The digital buffer starts up under ENABLE HIGH control technology. It is recommended to use a 2/6V power supply.
