TC74LCX245FW Overview


Logical driver uses a neat SOIC package. Tape and Reel external packaging. All of the 1 elements are put into use. 20 terminations with different functions. Buffer IC reuqires a supply voltage of 2.7V. There is a LVC/LCX/Z family part that is attached to this electronic component. 20 pins are set with the electric part. Buffer IC is suitable for Surface Mount applications. Logical driver has 20 pins. Enhanced with 2 ports. Specifically, digital transciever is a kind of Bus Driver/Transceivers. The digital buffer starts up under COMMON CONTROL control technology. It is recommended to use a 3.3V power supply. 8 bits are included within the electrical component. Logical driver features NOT AVAILABLE IN JAPAN to better serve the need. 8 channels for high quality communication. Voltage buffer is capable of operating under temperature as low as -40°C. Digital buffer should operate with ambient temperature no higher than 85°C. Buffer driver outputs 24mA to its low level. In high level output mode, the electronic parts may conduct 24mA of current. Voltage used to run voltage buffer should be 2V at least. In regard to the maximum supply voltage, buffer driver is rated 3.6V. It is known as a BUS TRANSCEIVER logic IC.
