As a result of the use of the Tube package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. This harley voltage regulator has 8 terminations. The type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with is SWITCHED CAPACITOR REGULATOR. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. Fixed outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Through Hole mounting hole. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. DC-DC switching regulators reach 10kHz~45kHz switching frequencies. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is -Vin 2Vin. For operation, switching regulator requires a nominal input voltage of 5V.
