TC7WH02FK(TE85L) Overview


Shipping overseas is convenient with the part packed in 8-VFSOP (0.091, 2.30mm Width). In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Cut Tape (CT) is used. A NOR Gate logic principle governs its operation. In order for the part to function correctly, a voltage of 2V~5.5V is required. Temperatures around -40°C~85°C are extended for operation. A Surface Mount mount is used for this part. Neither the high 8mA 8mA low state of output current is 8mA 8mA. There are several in the 7WH series. 8 terminations have been made so far. 7WH02 can be used to search for device variants. Many applications require the use of this logic device with its Surface Mount mounting. To find out what the 8 pins do, please refer to the datasheets. The part has 2μA current flowing through it in the quiescent state. The logic device in this example is a typical Gates. Part now bears a 50pF load capacitance.
