This voltage supervisor has a total of 3 mounting terminals that can be used for mounting. There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. As a reference, this IC power includes TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions for your convenience. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. The package peak reflow temperature is specified to be 260. There is a voltage supply of 5V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage.
