TCM829ECT713 Overview


It uses the Cut Tape (CT) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 5 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHED CAPACITOR CONVERTER ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. The harley voltage regulator is available as a SC-74A, SOT-753 package to save space. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. Fixed outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~85°C TA temperature while operating. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 35kHz. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is -Vin 2Vin. Due to its 260 high peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator 12v is virtually indestructible. For operation, voltage regulator provides a nominal input voltage of 5V. As part of the TCM829 series of regulators, the voltage regulators can be found. A voltage of 11V volts can be generated by DC DC switching regulator. During switching regulator operation, 5 pins are used. For this switching regulator, we recommend keeping the output voltage at at least -5.5V volts. To meet its operating requirements, dc to dc voltage regulator can deliver a maximum output current of 25mA A. As a result, it is able to provide adjusting voltage regulator a maximum output voltage of -1.5V. The 1.5V V dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum supply voltage ensures reliable performance. There is a maximum supply voltage of 5.5V at which DC DC switching regulator can operate.
