TDA21101G Overview


Packaged using Tape & Reel (TR).In an effort to save money, H bridge is included in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.Bridge driver is possible to ensure improved reliabilbridge drivery by varying the supply voltage of 10.8V~13.2V.Surface Mount is mounted on H bridge circuit.The operating temperature of -25°C~125°C TJ enables motor driver H bridge to work normally.H bridge motor driver is pretty useful in a wide range of applications, including DC-DC Converters.Using Surface Mount, the board is mounted.Bootstrap Circuit is one of full bridges specific characteristics.Based on its base H bridge ic number of TDA21101, further related H bridge ics can be identified.When the ambient temperature reaches 4A, the power supply will provide the maximum load current possible.The output reaches a maximum current when H-bridge reaches 4A.The maximum acceptable operating temperature is 125°C in order to avoid excessive costs.As a minimum operating temperature value, -25°C is acceptable to prevent excessive operating costs.
