In order to package H bridge, Tape & Reel (TR) is used.H bridge is provided in the TO-263-8, D2Pak (7 Leads + Tab), TO-263CA package for the sake of cost savings.Based on 9V~15V, improved reliabilbridge drivery can be achieved.H bridge circuit is put into place according to the way of Surface Mount.Motor driver H bridge works normally at -25°C~125°C TJ's operating temperature.There are a variety of applications for H bridge motor driver, including Synchronous Buck Converters.H gates specific characteristics also include Bootstrap Circuit.6 terminations are used to terminate transmission lines with H bridges that match their characteristic impedances.There is a voltage supply of 12V that is used to operate H bridge circuit.The 4 pins of this bridge driver work together to allow it to perform its specific functions.
