TDA7473A Overview


For packaging, Tube is used.As a cost-saving measure, H bridge is included in the 28-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package.With the 6V~15V supply voltage, improved reliabilbridge drivery can be achieved.In the way of Surface Mount, H bridge circuit is mounted.A normal operation of -25°C~150°C TJ is enabled by motor driver H bridges operating temperature.There are a variety of applications for H bridge motor driver, including DC Motors, Voltage Regulators.In order to mount H gate on the PCB, Surface Mount is used.28 terminations are used to terminate transmission lines with H bridges that match their characteristic impedances.Based on its base H bridge ic number of TDA7473, further related H bridge ics can be identified.This H bridge operates with a voltage of 6V.As its analog IC type, H bridge circuit has been incorporated with DISK DRIVE MOTOR CONTROLLER.When the ambient temperature reaches 600mA, the power supply will provide the maximum load current possible.The 28 pins of this bridge driver work together to allow it to perform its specific functions.
