TEMD5020X01 Overview


To protect them from damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in 4-SMD, No Lead packages. The voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 60V in reverse-bias mode on a continual basis. There are 2 pins on the photodiodes. It is possible for the photodiodes within a circuit to release 215mW heat. For the photodiodes, the reverse anode voltage should be 60V. For a circuit, the maximum heat released by the photodiodes should be 215mW. In the DC circuit, the photodiodes can function properly with a reverse voltage of 60V. Getting current to flow across a photodiode requires the voltage 1.3V. Even in the absence of light input, a photodiode occurs 2nA current.
