TEMD5120X01 Overview


To protect these photodiodes from damage, the Tape & Reel (TR) is used. A safety package containing the photodiodes is provided for their protection. Photodiodes in reverse-bias mode should not continuously exceed 60V. Pins 2 are present on the photodiodes. During a circuit, the photodiodes could release 215mW heat. The reverse anode voltage for the photodiodes should be 60V. Photodiodes generally release 215mW heat when connected in a circuit. In the DC circuit, the photodiodes can function correctly with a reverse voltage of 60V. ldeally, a photodiode should have a voltage of 1.3V to allow current to flow across it. The photodiode will operate at 2nA current even in the absence of light input.
