TEMD5510FX01 Overview

Tape & Reel (TR) is used to protect the photodiodes from damage. A safety package containing the photodiodes is provided for their protection. As long as the photodiodes are operated continuously in reverse-bias mode, the maximum voltage they can tolerate is 16V. In reverse-bias mode, the voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 16V continuously. Photodiodes have pins 2. During the operation of a circuit, photodiodes can release 215mW heat. During operation, photodiodes should not have a temperature higher than 100°C. It should be noted that the photodiodes should be operated at -40°C as a minimum operating temperature. Anode voltage for the reverse anode of the photodiodes should be 16V. Photodiodes generally release 215mW heat when connected in a circuit. In the DC circuit, the photodiodes can function correctly with a reverse voltage of 16V. Without light input, a photodiode will produce 2nA current.
