TEMD7100X01 Overview


As a protective measure, these photodiodes are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in 0805 (2012 Metric) packages. When the photodiodes are reverse-biased, the voltage should never exceed 60V. A photodiode is equipped with 2 pins. A circuit containing photodiodes can release 215mW heat. Photodiodes should have a reverse anode voltage of 60V. Photodiodes should release 215mW heat in a circuit. DC photodiodes can operate properly when the reverse voltage is 60V. When current flows across a photodiode, it needs voltage 1V. In the absence of light input, the photodiode exhibits a current of 1nA.
