TFS7704H Overview


It comes in the 16-SSIP, 12 Leads, Exposed Pad, Formed Leads package, which makes switching controller suitable for most applications. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 2 outputs. Tube is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. With Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. dc controls with Up to 11.5V voltage are supplied and operated. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~150°C TJ. There is a switch at 66kHz 132kHz that can be used with this controller. As it has a Through Hole value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. In order to control switching efficiently, the dcdc regulator features Enable, Reset. ANALOG CIRCUIT analog IC connects the switch converters. DC regulator outputs 100V voltage based on test statistics. The maximum duty cycle of this voltage regulator dc to dc is set to 63 % to ensure reliability during power-up and power-down. Basically, it's a dc to dc voltage regulator from the HiperTFS?-2 series. It runs on a 960μA supply current.
