TFS7706H Overview
As a result of 16-SSIP, 12 Leads, Exposed Pad, Formed Leads compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. For 2 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. There is a Tube solid enclosure around the pmic. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). DC control operates at Up to 11.5V volts and has Up to 11.5V supply voltage. Suitable for work in a -40°C~150°C TJ dc switcher. With this switching controller, you can switch at 66kHz 132kHz. A generalization of dc dc regulator can be made using Through Hole. To provide efficient switching control, Enable, Reset is included in the dcdc regulator. ANALOG CIRCUIT analog IC connects the switch converters. The test statistics indicate that DC regulator outputs a voltage of 100V. voltage regulator dc to dcs with a 63 % duty cycle are designed to be reliable when powered on and powered off. A dc to dc voltage regulator in the HiperTFS?-2 series, it belongs to this family. A supply current of 960μA is used to power it.
