A Tape & Reel (TR) case is used for the delivery of this product.72-TFBGA-case packaging is used.It's best to mount Surface Mount.This device will vary its temperature range based on -40°C~85°C TA's temperature range.1.62V~3.6V volts is the output voltage of the chip.To enter input, the user can use a CMOS/TTL form.The output type of interface ic is recognized as LVDS.Serializer/Deserializer is necessary to operate the 56 inputs.The device can maintain 8 outputs on it.By using Surface Mount, the device can be mounted.There is an electrical component included in the THine? series.In order to operate this part correctly, the minimum operating temperature cannot be -40°C.The operating temperature must be below 85°C.
