In the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 1 outputs. Packaging for the pmic consists of Tube solid enclosures. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. dc controls with 7.6V~30V voltage are supplied and operated. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with -40°C~85°C TA. This switching controller can switch at Up to 500kHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator.
