TL3842DR-8 Overview


With a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. dc motor controller is suitable for 1 output generation. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Cut Tape (CT) rating. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. This dc control has a supply voltage and operating voltage of 10V~30V. Worked in a 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher before. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at Up to 500kHz.
