TL494CD Overview


Capsuled in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. It is sufficient to generate 2 outputs with this dc motor controller. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tube. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). 7V~40V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Suitable for work in a 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher. This switching controller can switch at 200kHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. Dead Time Control, Frequency Control provides dcdc regulator efficient switching control. An analog IC SWITCHING CONTROLLER is connected to the switch converters. A switching converters's terminal (s) sits at the DUAL position. 16 terminations with a variety of function. PULSE WIDTH MODULATION is an example of one of the control techniques these dc dc converter ics adapt. DC switcher's input voltageis 15V volts.
