TL494CDR Overview


This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. It is sufficient to generate 2 outputs with this dc motor controller. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Cut Tape (CT) rating. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. 7V~40V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Worked in a 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher before. This switching controller can switch at 1kHz~300kHz. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Dead Time Control, Frequency Control. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog integrated circuit is connected to the switch converters. Terminal (s) of the switching converters are designed at the DUAL position. 16 terminations with a variety of function.
