TL494CNS Overview


In the 16-SOIC (0.209, 5.30mm Width) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 2 outputs. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). dc controls with 7V~40V voltage are supplied and operated. Workable in an dc switcher where 0°C~70°C TA is the 0°C~70°C TArm. The switching controller can be switched at 1kHz~300kHz. Dead Time Control, Frequency Control provides dcdc regulator efficient switching control. The switch converters are connected to an analog IC with a SWITCHING CONTROLLER output. There are a terminal (s) on the switching converters that are designed at DUAL.
