TL494CPWG4 Overview


In the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. dc motor controller is suitable for 2 output generation. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tube enclosure. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. 7V~40V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a 0°C~70°C TA. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 1kHz~300kHz position. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Dead Time Control, Frequency Control.
