TL497AIN Overview


It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tube package. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 14 terminations. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHING REGULATOR. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Through Hole mounting system. Operating at -40°C~85°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 4.5V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to ±1.2V.
