TL5001IDRG4 Overview


It comes in a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 1 input. Tape & Reel (TR) is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. This dc control has a supply voltage and operating voltage of 3.6V~40V. Workable in an dc switcher where -40°C~85°C TA is the -40°C~85°C TArm. It can switch at 20kHz~500kHz. dc dc regulators can be carried out with Surface Mount. To ensure efficient switching, this dcdc regulator features a Dead Time Control, Frequency Control. Switch converters are connected to ICs with SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog outputs.
