TL5001IP Overview


This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package. 1 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. A solid enclosure of Tube surrounds pmic. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). A 3.6V~40V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Workable in an dc switcher where -40°C~85°C TA is the -40°C~85°C TArm. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 20kHz~500kHz. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Through Hole. To ensure efficient switching, this dcdc regulator features a Dead Time Control, Frequency Control. An analog IC SWITCHING CONTROLLER is connected to the switch converters. Switching converters are designed with the terminal (s) at position DUAL .
