TL5001IPSR Overview


The switching controller fits in the 8-SOIC (0.209, 5.30mm Width) package and is ideal for most applications. For 1 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. Tape & Reel (TR) is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). This dc control operates at 3.6V~40V and has a 3.6V~40V supply voltage. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~85°C TA rating. There is a switch at 20kHz~500kHz that can be used with this controller. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. Switching control is made easier with the dcdc regulator's Dead Time Control, Frequency Control.
