TL5002CDR Overview


This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. For outputs of 1, this dc motor controller is suitable. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure around the pmic. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). Voltages 3.6V~40V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Workable in an dc switcher where -20°C~85°C TA is the -20°C~85°C TArm. Switching can be done at 20kHz~500kHz with this switching controller. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount.
