TL5002ID Overview


Capsuled in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller suits most application needs. dc motor controller is suitable for 1 output generation. Tube is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. It is capable of dealing with Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s). dc switching'sDC control operates at 3.6V~40V volts and has 3.6V~40V supply voltage. Worked in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher before. It can switch at 20kHz~500kHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. The dcdc regulator features Dead Time Control, Frequency Control for efficient switching control. Switch converters are connected to ICs with SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog outputs. Switching converters are designed with the terminal (s) at position DUAL . 8 terminations with a variety of function.
