TL5002IDG4 Overview


In the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. dc motor controller is suitable for 1 output generation. An enclosure of Tube is used to package the PMIC. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. Voltages 3.6V~40V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Suitable for work in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. Switching can be done at 20kHz~500kHz with this switching controller. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. Dead Time Control, Frequency Control provides dcdc regulator efficient switching control. The switch converters are connected to an analog IC with a SWITCHING CONTROLLER output.
