TL594CPWR Overview


In the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 2 input. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tape & Reel (TR) enclosure. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. dc controls with 7V~40V voltage are supplied and operated. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a 0°C~70°C TA. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 1kHz~300kHz position. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. Dead Time Control, Frequency Control provides dcdc regulator efficient switching control. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog integrated circuit is connected to the switch converters.
