According to the specification, the package's peak reflow temperature is specified to be 260. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 5V. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. In this case, this PMIC chip can be sub-categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip.
