TLE4905GNTSA1 Overview


A protective Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to protect the magnetic switch against damage. TO-243AA packages are used for safety reasons to protect magnetic switches. A good performance can be achieved with magnetic switches that can deliver 5mA as the maximum current. Magnetic switches should be able to output 100mA at their maximum current. It contains 3 terminations. In order for this switch to function properly, it should supply a voltage of 24V. Normally, this switch will provide 12V voltage in order to provide reliable operation. It is possible for this magnetic switch to provide a voltage of 4V at its minimum.
