TLE49161KHTSA1 Overview


An integrated magnetic switch is packaged within the Tape & Reel (TR) in order to protect it against damage. Safety precautions are taken by packaging the magnetic switches in TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 packages. Good performance is achieved by powering the magnetic switches with 10μA as the maximum current. It is possible for these switches to operate at a maximum current of 2mA. This switch is capable of supplying a maximum current of 10μA. Switches work with 59 pins. The switches should normally output 2mA current. During operation, the magnetic switches could supply 2.7V.
